Being semi-retired is great. I am able to do charity work at my own choice. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Certified Executive Chef. Past owner of a restaurant( The Soup Shopp) also owner of a(so called roach coach) Comfort Foods) in New Haven CT parked at Yale Univ. I enjoyed 13 years cooking for people from all over the world. I was honored to have been visited by George & Barbara Bush. Enough for now my wife says time to go to work.( She also is my boss) At home I am the boss  haha    Les the Chef
