Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2013
This recipe is always a favorite. I usually double it for family gatherings and have to bake it longer than stated. Other than that I follow the recipe exactly and it is always gone!

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2011
These were very good. I did as others suggested and added a small amount of vanilla, soda, and powder. I made them in to rounded balls and pressed with a fork. I baked them for 8 minutes. They were perfect. I will make them again for a fast and easy treat.

Pumpkin Puree

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
I combined the recipes with another I read and it turned out perfectly. I heated the oven to 325. I cut the pumpkin in half (just a regular jack-o-lantern). I removed the insides. I put the pumpkin in a dish with a little water in the bottom of the pan to keep it moist and then covered with foil. I baked for right around an hour. When I pulled it out I immediately scooped out the pumpkin as others suggested it was easier while still hot. I used a hand mixer. It worked out nicely. Using what I consider a medium size pumpkin, I got 3 bags of 2 cups each puree. That will make 3 pies going by a recipe I found on here for fresh pumpkin pies.

Bubble Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
This was really good the first day but wouldn't have it as left overs if there is even any left! I only used one can of biscuits. I flattened them out and put them in the bottom of the pan. I used pork sausage also. We'll make it again!

Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2009
We loved it. I added some garlic and onion powder to give it a little more flavor. I wouldn't change anything else.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
We really enjoyed the tilapia cooked this way for a change. I used a little dill instead of basil. It came out very good. I might use a little less mayo next time but other than that I wouldn't change a thing.

Apricot Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2009
I made the recipe with orange marmalade as others did because that is what I had on hand. I think the recipe would be better with less nutmeg. The recipe was ok but there was just something about it that I didn't care for a whole lot. After thinking about it, I believe it was the nutmeg. Take that away and I think this would be very good.

Plain Caramel Apples

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
I printed this to go by but ended up using tips from here and the recipe from the Kraft caramels. Combined the two worked out great. I doubled the recipe and used a 8 cup mixing bowl. I heated the caramel as directed. I would dip a couple of apple and then heat it again for a min or less to get it workable again. If you spoon the caramel on the top of the apples then roll them around in caramel again they look great. Also as suggested on the Kraft bag I used the spoon to scrape off the extra caramel on the bottom of the apples. This helped prevent puddling. I had also kept the apples (small granny smith) in the fridge overnight to help with that. These turned out great and looked very nice once I rolled them in nuts.

Luscious Chicken Pot Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
This recipe was pretty easy and tasted good. My only change would be to use cressant rolls instead of the pie crust. The second crust was hard to get out of the pan. It tore while doing so. I also added a few extra seasonings like onion power and garlic salt. The family loved it. Thanks!
