Apple Crisp III

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2008
I read the other reviews and I am glad I did. Instead of apple, used fresh peaches. Also for more flavor, sprinkle some nutmeg and brown sugar over the top and it is great! For crispier, instead of brown sugar, white sprinkle on top..

Banana Cake II

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
My husband gave the 4 stars. He likes it. I add some ingredients to the original recipe: 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon nutmeg, 3 tablespoon coconut rum mixed with smashed bananas. Instead of sour cream, yogurt. And the temperature change after 25 minutes. From 350 degrees F to 325 degrees F for 10 more minutes. For me was excellent.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
Really good recipe. I didn't have 3 bananas so I used 2 and one apple sauce (3.9 onz.) Follow other reviews about cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Also add chopped pecans. Next time I will reduce sugar, is really sweet as the recipe is. I didn't have muffin pan so I used a bundt cake pan. Second time: Instead of flour for the topping, used oats, reduce sugar to 1/4 and I am amazed of the results.
