PRETZEL CRUSTED version! Remove the salmon from the marinade and bread it with crushed pretzels. Place it in a cast iron skillet with oil preheated, turning when browned. Remove salmon at desired doneness and set aside. Pour marinade into skillet, add one squeezed lemon, and bring to a boil. The pretzel crumbs that fell off the salmon will thicken the sauce. Pour over salmon. This dish was WONDERFUL!
