Sesame Green Bean Salad

Absolutely delicious! I made these as a side dish to go alongside terriaki burgers. Will definitely be making this again! My only substitute.....truvia for the sugar.

Green Tomato Relish

This is soooo yummy. I only made 1/4 of the recipe and it filled 8 half pint jars with a little left over to snack on. I did not have green pepper so I used red and yellow. The color is so pretty I plan to give jars of this along with other homemade treats to family and neighbors in gift baskets for Christmas.

Tomato Barley Soup

This recipe was ok. A little bland for my taste so I added extra salt and a teaspoon or so of basil. I plan to add a little chili powder now as another reviewer suggested. Hopefully that will fix it or I'll probably not make it again.

Beans and Greens

This soup is healthy and delicious!!! I used chicken stock made with a chicken base so it was really rich. I used all beans except pinto as I didn't have any in the pantry. I omitted the oil as I did't see any reason for it and it's healthier without it. I will definitely be making this one again for years to come!
