American Frittata

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2009
We went out to breakfast and had a mound of american fries or hash browns leftover, so I hated to see them go to waste and took them home. I also had leftover fried onions and ham. I threw all of them in the frying pan and then followed the recipe from there. Great!!and I was happy to use what I already had. Thanks.

Coconut Macaroons III

Reviewed: Dec. 16, 2008
Ok, I was a little nervous to make these based on the varied reviews. These are great! Easy to make and perfect result. Definately double or triple the recipe. I mixed both almond and vanilla extract (don't leave out the almond). Mix the extract into the condensed milk for sure. Bake 325 for 19 min. You cannot go wrong. My family loves macroons and these are the best!!

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2008
I have not tried this recipe yet but I am commenting on the fact people are saying it can be left out at room temp. Anything with heavy cream must be refridgerated or you are asking for trouble. People are going to get sick.

Easy Mojitos for a Crowd

Reviewed: May 12, 2008
This was a great recipe for a party. It was easy and was great for a large crowd. I made the mint limeaid mixture ahead and chilled it. Then just poured over ice and topped with club soda and the lime. Much better than making individual drinks. Thanks will use this again.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
I have given this only three stars because I think they are too sweet. The taste of the candy overpowers the cookie. I do not think I will make them again. Nothing special.
