Tangy Slow Cooker Pork Roast
I have made multiple meals from recipes from this site and this is by far one of my top 5! I made a few changes... I doubled the recipe. I used a 4lb loin. I generously seasoned the meat with salt, pepper and garlic salt. I added red skin potatoes to the bottom of the crockpot (instead of onions). After placing the meat in the crockpot I added some baby carrots. Overall this was EXCELLENT. I cooked it on low for 9 hours while I was at work. It feel apart in my mouth. 5 stars!

Chicken Pot Pie III
mmmm! This was yummy and easy. It was a little blan but with some "doctoring" up I think I can make it perfect! I boiled the chicken and mixed the ingredients the night before. Then after work I just had to put the Pillsbury pie crust in the pan and I was all set. Overall, I thought this was an excellent. Next time I will add some seasoning to the chicken because it was a little blan.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
Awesome recipe. I made a few minor changes. 1) I purchased thin sliced chicken breasts. It saves you from having to pound the chicken. 2) I dipped the chicken in flour mixed with paprika, then egg, then bread crumbs. Then I placed the cheese rolled inside of the ham (to avoid spilling out) and then rolled it all inside the chicken breast. ** I use provolone cheese! It is creamier and goes over much better with my family** 3) I placed a dab of butter on each breast. 4) I made the sauce as someone else suggested with cream of chicken soup, sour cream and lemon juice. My mother in law makes a better sauce though. I need to get the receipe for it. It has more of cheese flavor.
