Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
AWESOME! I just added the bacon into the mixture but Im sure either way would work fine. Twice baked potatoes sounded so hard so I never tried it before now. But it wasnt hard and paid off because this was excellent. Thank you!

This is the first pie that I have ever made and it was so good! I suggest adding cinnamon and nutmeg if you have it on hand. It adds a nice taste. Thank you!

Maple Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
GREAT recipe! I absolutly loved it! I dont like soy sauce and was a little hesitant when I smelled the mixture but once cooked it is soooo good! Make sure to let the salmon sit in the mixture for at least 30 min and to pour it over the top once cooked like other people suggested! Thanks for sharing - will use agin!

Very easy recipe. I add a little more spice to make this have more flavor and if your not trying to be health conscious - add some or alot of grated cheese! Thank you for sharing!

Mimi's Zucchini Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2008
I thought this was good. Although I had to cook it an extra 15-20 min. I would suggest cooking the pie without the cheese and tomato for about 15 min, then add cheese and tomato and cook the remaining 35. Also without adding alot of cheese and seasoning, it could be bland. But with a few changes, I would cook again!

Simply Lasagna

Great and easy recipe, thanks! We used wheat lasagna noodles, so we boiled them first before arranging them in the dish. Also added mushrooms, olives and a few spices. It tasted wonderful.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
It tasted good, a little blah. I would suggest adding some of your favorite things for flavor. I also had to cook it for longer because it was so runny.

Great recipe. I also added 1 egg to thicken the casserole and cooked it for about 20 min extra. I will save this recipe and use again. Thanks!
