Perfect Sesame Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2013
Utterly amazing recipe. I cannot find this dish since moving to Britain, and now don't have to wait until my visits to the states to enjoy it. I subsituted the flour for gluten free flour for my daughter. I omitted the sherry and baking soda, as I didn't have either on hand. However, even with this, it was still fabulous. Definitely a keeper!

Lemon Curd

Brilliant, just brilliant. I'd only bottled lemon juice on hand, and the curd was fantastic even without the zest.

Breaded Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2010
This is an excellent recipe--especially as I was able to adapt it to suit my daughter's gluten-free diet. Per other reviewers' suggestions, I also used the double-dip method, and then set the coated chicken in the fridge for about 30 minutes to help the coating set. I also chose not to fry, but baked at 350 for about a half hour. This is a keeper!

Excellent flavor! I, too, put the ketchup/brown sugar mix on top. My husband just adored it. This is a keeper.

Made these for Christmas breakfast and were just raved over. I also added a simple glaze over the top after geting out of the oven.

Utterly delicious and so simple to make! I've wanted to try my hand at homemade stuffing, and am so glad I found this. My daughter has a gluten allergy, so I'm looking forward to tweaking this to suit her.

Fantastic! I live in the UK, so Cool Whip isn't available, but, having tried this, I'm sticking to making my own whipped topping. So simply and delish.

Home-Made Cream of Chicken Soup

This was wonderful, with lots of scope for experimenting. My daughter is gluten-intolerant, so we can't use the canned stuff anymore. We'd still use this either way, as this was so tasty!

Graham Cracker Crust I

This is definitely a keeper recipe! It's so tasty, and so much better than store bought. As graham crackers aren't available in the UK, I used digestive biscuits, but the taste is just the same. Thanks!
