Megan's Granola

I have used this recipe at least ten times. It is very good! I usually double it. It stores very well in an air tight container. If you don't have enough honey, just add more syrup. The recipe is very flexible. It's very important to add the dried fruit after it has been baked. Crunchy, burned raisins are not so good!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill

My first time making salmon! I didn't know you are suppose to leave the skin on the fillet, so I had cut it off. It still tasted great. I will make this again!

Stuffed Zucchini

My kids (4 and 3) ate everything on their plates! I didn't have any parmesan cheese so I just used a little more mozzarella. I also didn't ahve any dry bread crumbs so I just cubed a few slices of bread and it worked out for me. No funky texture or anything. Good recipe!

Strawberry/Rhubarb Crumb Pie

Loved it! I added some blueberries to curb the tartness of the rhubarb. Both the rhubarb and blueberries were frozen, strawberries were fresh. I baked the pie a little longer to get rid of the extra liquid.

Rhubarb Cake II

I used 2 cups of frozen blueberries and 2 cups of rhubarb. Only 1/2 cup of sugar since the blueberries are sweeter. Cranberry jello instead of raspberry. Don't be afraid to mix things up. It's a great recipe. I used too much water (since my fruit was frozen) so I just baked it longer and i was great!

Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Great! I fixed the "dried out" problem by wrapping two strips of bacon around the outside of each rolled up chicken breast. My three and four year-olds and my husband all loved it!

Candy Bar Cookie Squares

Spray The Pan!! That being said, this recipe is great! It's a nice way to help some of that Halloween candy "disappear." I used nine Fun Size snickers bars and it worked great.

Beef Noodle Bake

Followed recipe exactly, except, I put 6 cups of noodles to boil instead of 7. It turned out great! It's a great basic recipe and can be easily elaborated to suit many tastes.

Mushroom Sauce Baked Pork Chops

I made this basically as written, just substituted olive oil for butter and doubled the amount of rub. The chops were moist and amazing. The potatoes were a hit as well.

Country Pound Cake

I skipped the wax paper. I just sprayed the pan with non-stick cooking spray and then sprinkled it with sugar. It was great! It added some texture to the crust and made it sparkle! Very good!

Cheesecake Brownies

These brownies taste great! I would recommend using a 9x13 pan instead of a 8x8 or 9x9. It took mine about an hour and 15 minutes to bake all the way through in an 8x8 glass pan. I will say that the wait was worth it, but next time I don't want to wait that long to taste them!

Juicy Butt Steaks

I had only had one cup of katsup, so I supplemented one cup of BBQ sauce. I used a crockpot and put it on low for 8 hours. The meat was so tender I had to use a spoon to get it out of the pot. It was delicious!!!
