If you are not a fan of the thick, super sweet frosting, this is the perfect recipe for you. I love cool whip and this frosting tasted much lighter. I used jello cookies n/ cream instant pudding (the 4.5 oz), a little more low fat cool whip than the recipe called for, 1/2 the skim milk, and the vanilla. It tasted very good. However, I will say it doesn't stick to cake/cupcakes like a normal store bought frosting, but it still stays on pretty well and tastes fantastic. For how simple this recipe was, I would highly recommend it.
