This recipe is easy and delicious. I always fry a few onions and add to each layer as well as topping with fried onion before serving. I also mix in a generous shake of white pepper to the potatoes, otherwise this is a bit bland. Great comfort food recipe.

Orange Juice Jelly

I made this with 2 cans of frozen lemonade concentrate. One regular and one pink. So tart and yummy! Will definitely make again (I want to try it with orange juice but I didn't have any in my freezer).

Pear Pie I

Delicious! I use brown sugar instead of white and for a yummy add-on, i sprinkle grated Gruyere, Swiss or Edam cheese on top crust. When the pie is warm, it's like heaven!
