Soda Cracker Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
I baked a little on my silpat sheet alongside the pie, filled it with almond whipped cream, then crumbled the extra on top. So delicious!

Looks beautiful, tastes great. The apples are amazing without cinnamon.

Ho Ho Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
The cream was not as delicious as I had hoped, pretty flavorless even with vanilla added. The glaze on top was difficult to work with. The cake was OK, I probably won't make it again.

Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2008
Delicious! I used 2 cups of crispies, milk chocolate instead of semi-sweet, and drizzled melted peanut butter chips over the top to make them look extra pretty. They were a hit.

Great baked instead of fried - just spray with cooking spray and they get crispy and delicious.

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 5, 2008
So good and very easy. Dough is very sticky and took more than half an hour on the second rise, but we loved it.

Best Lemonade Ever

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2008
Tastes great! I found that it is much easier to boil equal parts sugar and equal parts water (1 3/4c each) to make a simple syrup, then add the cooled syrup to the lemon juice and remaining water (6 1/4c). This cuts down on the time to bring it to a boil and on the cooling time!

Caramel Apple Pie II

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
It turned out a little too soupy the first time I made it. The second time I added a little extra flour to the apples and I used a whole bag of kraft caramel bits found in the baking aisle instead of 20 halved caramels. It was a big hit, everyone asked for the recipe!
