Loved it, but put a healthy spin on it. Used the 32 oz can of pumpkin which also substitutes for the cup of oil. For the flour, I used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 oats. The other reviewer was right, only need 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 of which I used Splenda. Added about a teaspoon of vinilla, increased the cinnamon and nutmeg, and added about a teaspoon of Jamica all spice. It turned out very moist, and my family LOVED it, i'm currently making the second batch in three days! It is actually healthy too!
