Banana Cream Supreme
My family cannot get enough of this! It is so easy to make, and can be very healthy with the following changes: use low fat ghram crackers, light butter, splenda, light sour cream and whip cream, sugar and fat free pudding. Even with all the light products it still tastes great. I didn't tell my hubby and son that it was light, they can't even tell.

Amazing Italian Lemon Butter Chicken
made it twice now, and it is awsome good. Does not have to be so fatty. I used fat free half and half for the cream, and light margarine for the butter. Used fresh lemons including the pulp for a very lemony flavor. I agree with the previous comment to add double the artichoke hearts, and I even added some chopped zucchini and yellow squash for more veggies. Used some bacon bits instead of the regular bacon, and whole wheat pasta. My family loves this, will make over and over!!

N'Awlins Stuffed Bell Peppers
Lots of potential, but needs a little "fixing up". The stuffing was dry, and the amount of bread crumbs is too much, maybe about half is good. I "remade it with a blend of a creamy white sauce and a tomato based sauce, and it was really good then.
