Biscuit Baking Mix
This stuff is perfect. I never keep Bisquik in the house, which has kept me from making certain recipes. Now I keep a batch of this stuff in the freezer and I'm good to go.

This was okay. I'm not sure why I expected it to be any different, but it's basically just pasta, sauce, and veggies.

Alaska Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Very good and simple to make. I used Ritz cracker crumbs instead of bread crumbs, and it was delicious. We had a little extra glaze and so sprinkled some on top because it was so yummy.
