I LOVE: God's Word, Colorado, snow, rain, fall, trees, big scenic views, high places, coffee, art, green, alfred hitchcock, GILMORE GIRLS, thai tea, english breakfast tea with cream and sugar, coffee shops, cities, buildings, paintings, photography, people watching, unique outfits, track jackets, sweatpants, thrift stores (belts, shirts, games, etc) mille bournes card game, spades, macintosh, mugs, pottery barn, banana republic, bamboo plants, Greece, mediteranian blue, mary-kate and ashley olsen, spanish, Chris rohr, my very interesting sister, shannon, the one and only Bekah D., English cucumbers, shooting stars, editing photos, breathing, memories of youth group, relaxing, M88.org, the three amigos morning show, old music like Sinatra and Ella Fitzgerald, Rear Window by Alfred Hitchcock, emery, anberlin, and BLINDSIDE. Swiss Bread, Scones of all kinds, THAI food, gourmet pizzas, tons of coffee drinks, smoothies, etc. I learned to bake from my Mother-in-Law. My husband is Swiss so his whole side cooks so different that my Family. My MIL bakes a lot and uses herbs and such to season things...she cooks really healthy. My mom, however, doesn't bake but she's a great cook. She uses tons of garlic and salt, etc. She cooks a lot of international foods. I'm in my second year of marriage so i'm still building my kitchen (all the seasoning, etc) as well as my recipes, which is why I LOVE this site! My major accomplishment has been making Zopf, a Swiss braided bread. I make it SO much. It's great!
