Went to CSCA in Pasadena, CA in 2001 to get my Le Cordon Bleu degree. Completed my externship in GORGEOUS Germany at a resort placed at the base of the Bavarian Alps. Worked in the restaurant business from a deli to a fine dining setting. Put it in front of me, I'll cook it!
Have a small child at home, like to cook for him to see what he'll try. He's pretty darned adventurous. Eats just about everything. Smart kid.
My favorite things to cook
I love Asian food. All kinds. Mexican food is another cuisine I get complimented on. I love to try out different cultures foods and learn how to do them!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My dad's family is from Oklahoma/Texas and my mother is from Korea. So my early memories of food are potato salad, spaghetti, Kimchi and Bulgogi. Variety is the spice of life!
