Homemade Wonton Soup
Great recipe! I boiled the dumplings in water and the added to north with the bok choy, mushrooms, shrimp. Added Sriracha on top and so VERY good.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
This recipe was GREAT. I submitted it to a Dip party last night and won. :) I followed the recipe as shown, but added about 4 oz of store bought WHIPPED cream cheese, and only used ONE 8 oz container of Cool Whip. I wanted to keep the pumpkin-ey flavor. I also added a TB of cinnamon in addition to the pumpkin pie spice. I put everything in my Vitamix blender and it mixed just fine (and was super easy) then put it in the fridge to firm up for about 3 hours. I then lined a pumpkin with saran wrap and scooped it in. Served with apple slices, gingersnaps and cinnamon graham crackers. SO GOOD. People hovered around it ALL NIGHT until it was gone.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
This was amazing - I have made it twice now. Agree with others - no additional sugar is necessary on top of the fruit as it makes it liquidy. I just added the perserves and it was delicious. Also, like others - I found it easier (and for more coverage) to cut the tortillas in 8ths, spray with pam on both sides and then dredge them with the sugar/cinnamon mixture with no additional pam on top. They crisp up just fine. I upped the temp just a tad and monitored for crispness. Thsi is truly a hit.
