Pumpkin Fluff Dip
I agree with the previous reviews . . . this recipe is simple, delicious and unique. Looked nice with a dusting of fresh, ground nutmeg and a scattering of ginger-snaps & vanilla wafers as dippers. (Best refrigerated overnight.) The second time making the recipe, I added a teaspoon of pure vanilla extract and a tablespoon of Butterscotch Schnapps for a little added interest. It certainly got peoples attention . . .right down to the bottom of the bowl! Tiera, Thanks for a wonderful, crowd-pleasing recipe!

Caramel Snack Mix
Fabulous and simply - just what I needed for some last minute gifts. Packaged in pretty containers it was a BIG hit and so easy to do this busy time of year. To give it that holiday flair I added dried cranberries right after taking it out of the oven. The tart/softness were such a good contrast to the crunchy/crispness that I think it will be a permanent addition - even after the holidays. (Great road trip food) Thank You, Thank You!

Cream Cheese Corn
This was a big hit for Christmas dinner and one of the more popular leftovers. Since it was the holidays, (and we had already blown the diets soooo badly already) I added a few slices of cooked/crumbled bacon and just a touch of bacon grease. I also baked it in the oven to heat it after preparing it the day before - - -wonderful!
