Wow, these were so easy! I took them to share with my coworkers and had people searching me out all day just to get one of the cookie balls. Definitely a hit!

Dill Pickle Soup

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2008
This was so good and creamy! I used soy milk, which I think made it a bit too sweet, so I would use regular milk next time. Thanks for the great recipe!

Beer Pancakes

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2008
There were delicious! I used light beer and added a bit of brown sugar to the batter, too. Everyone loved that they were a little crispy on the edges but super fluffy inside. Thanks for the great idea!

Aimee's Quick Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2008
I don't usually like chicken as my main dish, but this one is so tender and delicious. I substituted regular mustard for the Dijon, and Worcestershire for the teriyaki, then wrapped the chicken breasts in bacon slices instead of the bits, but it was still fabulous! It was super easy, enjoyed by all, and I will definitely make it again!

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2007
This chili is amazing! Far better than the chili recipe I was using for years. I always felt that the meat in my chili was slightly bland and boring, the taste lacked depth, and it was far too spicy. Then I followed this recipe exactly, plus I added a can of black beans, a can of diced tomatoes, and 1/2 a tablespoon of cinnamon. It tastes wonderful! The addition of salsa is perfect! It's the best chili I've had in a long time, and it's so easy to make. This will undoubtedly be my chili recipe from now on - thanks Deb!!!
