Yummy Roll Ups
I have been making these for years, and they are absolutely addictive! Girls' Night, Poker Night, Superbowl, New Year's Eve, Retreats, etc.....they are a great addition to any occasion, and they always go so fast, I have to make huge batches just to make them last for over an hour! They take a little time, but grab a partner and make it a date if you are making a bunch--they are soooo good, and you won't regret it!

Easy Decadent Truffles
I was really excited about this recipe, and I was actually disappointed with these. I followed the recipe EXACTLY, but the truffles ended up really hard when I went to chill, crumbly hard. I had to wait until they thawed out--in fact, I nuked them in the microwave for 20 seconds just to make them pliable to make into truffles. The only way that these taste ok is if these are NOT refridgerated....they need to be served at room temperature at least. Also, these just tasted more like fudge than truffles. In fact, out of all of the truffles I made, people referred to these as the "fudge truffles". So, if you like fudge and don't mind having these at room temperature, go for it. I personally won't be using this recipe again.

Ghirardelli(R) Dark Chocolate Truffles
These were soooo good! I did use a little more cream (more like 1/2 cup) and salted butter, but these turned out amazing--as melt in your mouth as you could imagine! I did have trouble like the others with it melting so quickly... should have freezed them before dipping. I ended up dipping in peppermint white chocolate so it had the creamy chocolate buttery center. I made a ton of truffles recipes for my recital, but this one had the best raves from everyone!
