Good recipe for a winter soup. I made changes based on other reviews and what I had on hand. I browned 1lb. Ground chuck, two chopped onions, three chopped garlic cloves, and two tsp. of Italian seasoning. Partially drained meat. Separately cooked 1 1/4 cups brown rice in 2 cups water for about 30 min. Added cooked rice, 2 tsp better than bouillon, 2 12 oz boxes cream of mushroom soup, 2 finely diced carrots, 2tsp. Worcestershire, 1 tsp chohula hot sauce, salt, pepper, and 10oz. Bag of frozen mixed mushrooms. That simmered about 30 min. If you like mushrooms, you will enjoy this tasty soup!
