Tangy Pineapple Chicken
This is an excellent, tasty and tangy chicken dish! The only changes I made was to serve the chicken as is rather than over rice. Since I used pineapple pieces rather than sliced pineapple, I would recommend to cut the amount of pineapple in half. Other than that, it was a great recipe dish. I served it with maple dill carrots as a side-dish! What a great combination!
