Yummy, it can be as mild or as spicy as you like. Serve it with various garnishments for different flavors!

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Classic, and hilarious! The one thing I hope my kids can make when they go to college! They like a sprinkle of garlic powder on ONE side of the bread like their cousin showed them to do....

Pumpkin Roll I

I make these every year, in fact I made 2 last weekend (gave one away, and my family revolted, so I made another!) They're yummy and easy, and for some reason people are impressed my them. I agree the cake could use a little more spice, but that's just a matter of personal taste! I bake it on parchement paper so it turns out easily, and my recipe calls for more butter and vanilla in the filling. Good stuff!

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup

Reviewed: May 3, 2009
This is pretty tasty, but on the tomato-y side if you were expecting a "tortilla" soup. I added more chili powder and cumin, plus a couple of jalapeno peppers. I would make it again!

White Chili I

This is the perfect, basic chicken chili recipe. It can be easily modified to taste; I use fresh garlic and fresh peppers, and I add more beans, broth and cayenne pepper. Love it!

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2007
This is the most flavorful soup I've ever made! The only thing I did different was to use Hot Italian Sausage (I used 4 links because I read the recipe wrong) and it tasted great. I also used vegetable & chicken broth instead of beef, but one thing I would NOT substitute is the use of fresh veggies and herbs - YUM!

Dutch Apple Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2007
Anytime you bake apples and cinnamon together you can't go too wrong, but this recipe isn't my favorite. The topping isn't crunchy like most crumb toppings, and there seems to be too much flour that just doesn't incorporate into the filling. It's not awful, it's just not awesome!

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2007
This recipe has so much flavor, especially if you use Hot Italian Sausage. Whenever I make it, I send a few servings to friends, and they always want the recipe. Be sure to use all fresh ingredients, not canned or dried - that's the key.
