Thought these cookies were great! Made the house smell like Christmas. After reading reviews about the crispness of these I added 1 egg yolk into the butter and sugar mixture and baked at a little less than 350 degrees for 13-15min. Turned out nice and soft in the middle and the perfect firmness on the outside!

Baked Parmesan-Crusted Chicken

The taste was great! The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5, is because of the cooking time. I would have killed my chicken if I cooked it for the amount stated. I cooked mine at 350 for 30-35min... maybe my oven just cooks hot, but that is what worked for me. My husband loved this dish and I served it with pasta with fresh basil and squash. Delicious!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I love this recipe because it is so tasty as is, or with variations! I use whatever breads are in the discounted section in our store, or ask the bakery for bread that is close to it's exp. date(makes it faster to dry out). Also I have sub. pork sausage for turkey, and bacon instead of liver. The bacon with the apples is delicious! I make this several times a year, simply because I crave this recipe all the time! It is the only stuffing I have ever liked!

Very Berry Cheesecake

This was so light and creamy! It was one of my best cheesecakes yet! I didn't put the blackberries in whole, but pureed them with some sugar and swirled that into batter after it was in the pan to give it a swirly pattern. So, so good!!
