Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti

My hubby and I loved it, but kids thought it was too spicy - will make 2 batches next time -one with Rotel, other with seasoned diced tomatoes. I used piccolini pasta also and it worked perfectly. Thanks for a quick, tasty recipe!

Cube Steak Parmesan

I prepare chicken parm a lot, so I thought I'd change it up and try this. Unexpectedly, my husband and kids really liked it! Like other reviewers, I too used bread crumbs and spaghetti sauce. Great way to use this type of meat!

Very good and fast! I added about 1 tbsp of finely diced bell pepper and left out the celery seed b/c I didn't have it. The kids gobbled it up!

This was very good. The meat wasn't as tender as I'd hoped, even after simmering longer than the recipe required, but that was probably just the meat, not the recipe. Will make again.

Southwestern-Flavored Ground Beef or Turkey for Tacos & Salad

I changed the recipe to 4 servings and used ground turkey. It took a lot a extra seasoning to get it to have any flavor at all. Maybe it's better with ground beef - will try that next time.

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

This was really good -the kids loved it. I doubled the sauce and added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it. I may bake it at a low heat for longer next time though b/c the chops came out a little dry cooking them on the stovetop.

Butter-Dipped Biscuit Squares

These are great! I was looking for a fast, easy, no egg biscuit recipe. I didn't even care if they tasted so-so- just going to sop up stew, but I got everything I was looking for and so much more! These biscuits are all those things, plus delicious -my family went nuts for them! Will make again and again! Thanks!
