Quick and Easy Chicken Spaghetti
My hubby and I loved it, but kids thought it was too spicy - will make 2 batches next time -one with Rotel, other with seasoned diced tomatoes. I used piccolini pasta also and it worked perfectly. Thanks for a quick, tasty recipe!

Kielbasa Pasta Casserole
Pretty good. I thought it needed a little more seasoning even after adding garlic and onion though.

Cube Steak Parmesan
I prepare chicken parm a lot, so I thought I'd change it up and try this. Unexpectedly, my husband and kids really liked it! Like other reviewers, I too used bread crumbs and spaghetti sauce. Great way to use this type of meat!
