Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: May 8, 2012
This is great and so easy! First, I add salt/pepper to the fillets. Then, I saute the garlic and parsley in butter and then squeeze fresh lemon juice. I also add parmesan cheese on top and cook for 10-12 min at 400. Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Creamed Corn

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
I was so looking forward to trying this..I absolutely LOVE Rudy's creamed corn. This was good, not great. And unfortunately no where close to as good as Rudy's. I don't think I'll make again just because it's so unhealthy.

Slow Cooker Bolognese

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2012
I was really excited about making this and it was just ok. It was a very generic meat sauce, nothing out of this world. Not sure if I'll make again.

Barbeque Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2012
Really good taste, but I cooked it in the slow cooker for 6 hours and it was a little dry. I plan on trying this again but cooking in the oven.

This was great and easy to make! I didn't add parmesan because I don't eat it, but still delicious!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2012
I've made this a couple times and it's been pretty good. Use crushed tomatoes instead of whole peeled tomatoes though- I prefer not to eat large chunks of tomato in my sauce!

Angela's Easy Breaded Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2010
I'd give this 10 stars if I could. I never make chicken. In fact, my husband and I never cook chicken breasts because they're so boring and rarely good. This recipe was fantastic. It was so easy (threw it together in 5 minutes) and cooked at 400 for 25 minutes. I will definitely make this again!

Butterscotch Oatmeal

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
love this for a healthy and easy breakfast! i took others suggestions and only used 1/4 c brown sugar and 2 t butter instead of 2 T. Next time, I'll leave out the butter completely and maybe add nutmeg and/or cinnamon.

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2010
I was looking forward to making this but wasn't really impressed. It was WAY too hot so if I make again I'd reduce the amount of cayenne. I cooked it in the oven (broiled for 5 minutes and 8-10 minutes at 350).

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2010
I thought these were delicious! They were so easy too. I made them in a muffin pan with ground turkey instead of ground beef for a healthier meal, and it was great. I added chopped onion like others. I also ran out of ketchup so I did 1/2 ketchup and 1/2 BBQ sauce- yum! Next time I'll either add less milk or more oats because it wasn't as firm as I like, but it was still good. Thanks for a great recipe!

Mexican Chicken I

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2009
My chicken normally comes out dry but this was so moist! I didn't have any red peppers or chili powder, but this was still really good. And best of all, it was really easy! I'm giving 4 star because I don't love chicken, but I'd definitely make again.

Sarah's Applesauce

This was delicious! I cooked it in my slow cooker for 3-4 hours and used half white sugar and half brown sugar. Next time I'm going to double (or triple) the recipe because it was gone in 5 minutes!

I thought this was average. I made it for lunch today and it was good but nothing special. It was a very fast/easy recipe though.

I love buffalo wings and I love Franks Hot Sauce so you'd think I'd like this recipe...unfortunately not at all! I took one bite and put a frozen pizza in the oven. I followed the directions to a T.

Middle Eastern Rice with Black Beans and Chickpeas

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2009
YUM! We loved this! I make it once a week now. I use curry instead of coriander and turmeric and don't usually have cilantro or parsley on hand. I'll definitely try it with those two herbs and I'll even give it a try with yogurt too.
