Easy Sugar Cookies

I did add a second egg and doubled the vanilla to get the taste I prefer. But very good basic recipe. I used real butter that was definitely softened. However, this recipe may be more moist using margarine instead of butter. Will be making again, the kids ate them before they even cooled off!

Cake Mix Cookies IV

Easy! Made these in the morning, while my youngest was getting ready for school... she was eating them before her bus arrived! I used the french vanilla cake mix by Betty Crocker, and with that box I was only able to make 1-1/2 dozen cookies. I used one egg, not two - but you can use two, if you want them more cake-like. I rolled them in a cinnamon-sugar mixture (very generously), and then flattened them slightly on the parchment covered cookie sheet. They did not take long to cook, I did not time them, just eye-balled them. I take them out before they appear done, and are still soft on top... they harden afterwards, if they are hardening when you take out - you are overcooking.

Tommy's Ham Casserole

I thought it was bland, the youngest in the family liked it. Not a bad way to use up a lot of leftover ham. I loaded up with hot wing sauce, and it was much better. Could pretty much use it to use up leftovers and put just about anything in it.

Pasta e Fagioli a la Chez Ivano

Excellent, the whole family loved. However, on the second day, the meat, pasta, and beans absorbed most of the liquid and so may consider either adding more liquid or putting over more pasta for any leftovers.

Best Lemonade Ever

This is great! I don't like my lemonade too sweet. I have a 2 gallon glass dispenser, so doubled the recipe then I added another 6 cups of water and some ice and it was perfect for my tastes. I also sliced up three more lemons and dropped in the glass dispenser and it looks beautiful.
