I used petite diced tomatoes in place of the stewed tomatoes; they hold their shape better, it is prettier without losing the flavor. I also added 1/2 pound of scallops with the 1/2 pound of shrimp. Delicious!

Lemon Sugar Tea Cookies

I have been looking for a sugar cookie with an animal cracker flavor to it..... I had lost my recipe from Women's Day or Family Circle and it was printed around 12 years ago. THANK YOU TAMME, this recipe is so sensational!

Soft Sugar Cookies

Simply delicious and very easy!! I substituted lemon extract in place of the almond extract for a more "animal cracker" taste to the cookie. Really good!!

Super Sugar Cookies

My mother in law passed this recipe down to me. It is the Best!! The cookies are so nice and short. She added an additional 4 teaspoons of flour to the 4 cups asked for. Now I wonder if I really need those extra 4 tsps.?? ;) This recipe make a really nice Big Batch!!

Vanilla - Chocolate Powdered Sugar Frosting

Absolutely sensational frosting! Dresses up any of the lighter dough recipes without being an overbearing chocolate and destroying the original flavor of what is being frosted. My "go to" frosting.

Pumpkin Spice Bread

Outstanding!! I had hoped the bread would taste as good as it smelled while it was baking. I was not disappointed... it's fantastic! My family inhaled it. This recipe is also very quick and easy. Thank you very much Delora!
