You only need to corn the brisket if you didn't buy a corned beef brisket. I have a hard time in my area finding corned beef brisket, so this recipe has allowed me to enjoy one of my all time favorite recipes!

Soy Sauce Chicken and Rice

We love this recipe!!! I've used different cream soups to change it around a little, and plan on making it with portebella mushrooms when my SIL comes (she is vegetarian).

Million Dollar Cake

Coal Miners Pasties

These are close to the pasties I grew up with... My mother always just made regular pie pastry and used rutabega instead of turnip and white pepper... They are great hot, warm, cold or fried (if there are any leftovers)!
