Cheddar Chicken

It was okay. The idea sounds good but the taste is pretty bland and it just doesn't get very well coated. I don't think I'll be making this again.

No Time to Cook Chicken

Wow! I have to say, I'm quite impressed. I wasn't sure how this would taste but it was just wonderful. I used boneless skinless chicken breasts, other then that followed the recipe to a T. It was super good. I served it with mashed potatoes and the sauce was super yummy over the potatoes!!

Best Ever Meatloaf I

We LOVE this recipe! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and we were in a rush to find recipes that I could safely eat. I came across this and since I already love meatloaf, we gave it a shot. It is so delicious and moist. We used V8 like everyone else suggested and it was just so fabulous! We've made it several times and will continue using it, even after our daughter is born!! Thanks for the wonderful, low carb recipe!

I liked how it included so many veggies but the taste of the sauce was extremely bland. They weren't the worst thing I've ever had but I certainly wouldn't do it again.

Quick Quiche

This is really good but it took a lot longer to cook then the recipe called for. I ended up having to cook it for over an hour! I ended up using spiced sausage for the meat and sprinkled cheese on top.

Ranch Chicken

I didn't add the onions (unfortunately I can't eat them!) and I used Light Ranch w/Sour Cream and it was super yummy! I also added some rosemary and teeny bit of Lawry's Garlic Salt and served over long grain and wild rice! Yum!
