Smashed Cauliflower

The taste is alright, it's just the texture that I don't really find appealing. Just don't expect this to have the texture of mashed potatoes.

Cherry Swirl Coffee Cake

Pretty good! I followed the recipe exactly. Personally I would have liked a little more fruit just because that's my favorite part. The cake part has a nice texture, not too fluffy and not too dense. I will definitely make this one again.

Lemon Berry Tartlets

Followed the directions exactly and it turned out wonderful! Just make sure you use something sharp to cut the dough. I didn't have a cookie cutter so I just used a glass. The pastries will puff better and more evenly if you slice through the dough instead of mashing through it.

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

I made these cookies following the recipe exactly. They turned out way too thin, but the flavor was excellent. After I added an extra 1/2 cup of flour the cookies were perfect. I also made a batch using 1 cup of raisins and 1 tsp cinnamon instead of the chocolate chips. Those were really good too!

Pizza Dough III

There is either not enough flour in this recipe or too much water. Following this recipe exactly does not yield "a stiff dough". It was runny and jiggly like Jello. I had to add approximately another 3/4 cup of flour just to get the dough stiff. I'm glad this is not my first experience with yeast bread so I knew what the dough was supposed to look like. After the extra flour was added, the dough turned out very nice. It had a pleasant texture and cooked up perfectly. This recipe just needs to be modified a little. Also the recipe does not state how big to make your pizza crust. I made mine about 12" in diameter. I imagine that if you make it bigger you should not cook it quite so long and if you made it smaller you should give it a little longer to cook as it would be thicker.
