Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

This is amazing! Per many of the reviews, I only put 1T of the Chipotle Chile Powder in. We like spicy stuff in our family, and it still had plenty of kick to it... It may have been too much with the full amount of CCP in it. Kids ages 1.5, 5, 7 loved it.

Lemon-Herb Roast Chicken with Pan Gravy

A nice, tasty, simple chicken recipe. I used boneless-skinless chicken breasts, so that makes it quicker than an entire chicken. I used only the juice from the lemon (no zest). Juice amount was 2T. I mixed all of the ingredients in a bowl, put the chicken in a Pyrex dish and poured the mixture over the top. Baked at 375 for 40 minutes. I served it with steamed rice that I steamed with chicken broth and some of the remaining fresh herbs. There is plenty of "gravy" to pour over the chicken and rice. Nice flavor, tender chicken. I will make this again, the family enjoyed it. Don't make it you don't care for lemon flavoring as you can definatley taste it in the recipe!

Classic Macaroni Salad

Great recipe. Followed recipe except used 1/3 cup sugar after reading some other reviews. Didn't add carrots or pimentos. Loved the flavor, but might use a little less mustard next time. Thank you, I will definately make this again.

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

This recipe is awesome! I followed it exactly (except used pork chops) and it was incredible. My six and four year old both loved it and asked me to make it every week (the four year old is very picky and difficult to please). Will work this into the regular rotation. Thanks for a great and simple recipe!

Egg Salad Sandwiches

I begin this review by saying that I love onion, dill and garlic. I also must note that I followed this recipe exactly as written and was excited to try it as all of the ingredients are among my favorites. I should have known better than to take something to a gathering before trying it myself beforehand... I usually make my egg salad by putting in my ingredients and adjusting as needed to taste. Because I was going to take this to a get-together, I thought I would follow a recipe that had gotten plenty of good reviews. The result was not so good...none of my girlfriends cared for this and all agreed that there was way too much onion. The garlic just didn't work either. We all agreed that the dill may have been ok if the other flavors weren't so overpowering. Sorry, but I think I will go back to my traditional egg salad. Wouldn't recommend this recipe.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

These are amazing! This is the blueberry muffin recipe I have been searching for. I shaved off some fat and calories and just sprinkled the top with cinnamon/sugar mixture instead of the true struesal topping and it was still an awesome. Thanks for a keeper.

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage

Awesome recipe! I omitted the green pepper and used turkey sausage that I squeezed out of the casings. I also used quartered grape tomatoes instead of roma as that was what I had on hand. My family devoured it and was asking when I when I will be making it again.

Mom's Turkey Sausage Patties

Awesome recipe. I doubled the ginger and other spices as some reviewers recommended and it was perfect! Served on Christmas morning and everyone loved them. Will keep this recipe around forever. I think I will also cook and freeze some for quick (and healthy) breakfasts. Thanks for a keeper.

Banana Cake VI

This was awesome! Followed the directions exactly and put it in the freezer after baking. My husband thought I was nuts. It was very moist and wonderful. Only change was I made half the amount frosting and it was plenty. This is a keeper. Thanks
