Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2012
I never tried Cordon Bleu before so I can't compare it to anything. But it turned out well. It cooked in 45 mins like the recipe said. And the sauce was flavorful.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2011
I made this last night but didn't eat it until lunch time today. I chopped the onions only to realize that they should have been slicked and I left out the rosemary because I didn't have any and I used thighs instead of breast because I don't like breast meat. I am really happy with the results. It tastes really good and I will definately be making it again.

Quick and Easy Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2011
I made this yesterday for Sunday dinner and am really glad that I did. Yesterday, it was a bit on the fence about it I could really taste the flavors in the sauce and thought that it didn't flavor the chicken well. But now that it has had time to marry it's taste really good today. I will definately be using this sauce again. I trippled the receipe like others suggested and added 1 tablespoon of cornstarch disolved in 1/3 cup of water to thicken it up. However, next time I'll only double the sauce ingredients and will disolve the cornstarch directly into the pot as I still felt like the sauce could have been thicker.

Mahogany Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2011
I didn't like this recipe too much. I don't like and didn't have molasses so I left it out. I felt like the soy sauce was too overpowering.

Chicken Breasts Pierre

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
I scaled the recipe down to 4 servings following some of the side recommendations and some of my own judgment. I used broth over water but I stuck with the stewed tomatoes. I found the sauce a good balance of sweet and spicy. It was so yummy and definitely a keeper!

Broccoli and Provolone Quiche

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2009
I just finished making it. It's very yummy. Only thing is i followed the measurements exactly but I still had egg mixture left over. I an definitely going to make it again but I think I'll add some other kind of pepper with the pepper flakes for some extra kick.
