In my on-going quest to eliminate all processed and pre-packaged foods from my home, I decided to make my own alfredo sauce. This recipe was wonderful! It was so rich and creamy and the taste was fantastic. I used Parmesan that was pre-grated at the store and it didn't melt very well. I think I'll either try to grate my own or try Rebecca's suggestion of substituting Gruyere cheese next time. Thanks for a quick and easy recipe! UPDATE: I tried this recipe again grating my own Parmesan cheese and it came out perfect! Great recipe - so quick and easy!
