I am a wife & Mom of 3!! Just had twins Feb 2011. My youngest will be 2 in July 2011. Yes thats 3 under 2 & in diapers! I got alot going on
My favorite family cooking traditions
A corn casserole from this site..."Awesome and Easy Creamy Corn Casserole" My Mom just asked me to bring it for Easter dinner this year.....and BAM a new tradition is born!
My cooking triumphs
Thanksgiving TURKEY! I shocked the heck out of myself. I used a recipe from here (of course) and I spent the whole dinner saying OVER and OVER again "wow this is so moist"
My cooking tragedies
OH MY -- alot! I have not mastered adding wine to dishes. They always come out tasting not right! hahaha

Southwestern Turkey Soup
Giving this a strong 4 ... In my husbands words (who is a solid meat and potato guy) "it's hard to give any soup 5 stars..this was close" made pretty much to the T! Thanks Doug! Will 100% make again!

Hashbrown Breakfast Bake
Really liked this and will def make again!!! I made exactly as directed BUT I prepared the night before for Xmas breakfast! Per other reviews I knew it might be watery so I blotted with a few paper towels before I put in the over to bake. Next time I might add an extra egg to the mixture. Wished it was a smidge more eggy.

Carrie's Southern Queso
Yum! Added a few scoops of sour cream cause I needed to use up! A few dashes of garlic and onion powder and a small can of green chiles! Everyone loved! Great starter recipe!
