Simple and Delicious Beet Greens

I really liked this recipe. I combined some other suggestions and sautéed onion, mushrooms, shrimp and garlic before adding the blanched beet greens. I also topped with parmesan cheese. Very tasty. Next time I'll serve it on pasta to make a heartier meal.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Great recipe, but I did change a few things. I added some homemade apple sauce and extra blueberries. I also added a splash of vanilla. Like many other reviewers stated, there was far too much butter in the topping mix, and too much of the mix itself. Next time will cut down the amount called for by 3/4. I will definitely be making these again!

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

First pie ever. Used advice of others and used 1 can coconut milk, and the rest half cream half milk. I also only toasted the coconut for the topping, and used 3 egg yolks instead of two eggs. Last change was to use 1/4 cup corn starch and 1/4 cup flour. Looks delicious, my taste tester will be home later to review.

Pesto Cream Sauce

So, so, good. I will make this again and again. I made it for guests this evening and it was a huge hit. I cut down on the butter substantially and used 1% milk and it was still very creamy. As one of my guests was vegetarian I omitted the shrimp. I also only used a couple tablespoons of pesto, and as other people suggested I sautéed the mushrooms with the onion and garlic. This one's a keeper! 5+ stars! ****Take 2**** Made this dish again tonight. Only 2 changes - cooked the garlic, mushrooms and onions down much longer. Also used the shrimp this time. Even more delicious than the firs time!

Caramelized Chicken Wings

Fab-u-lous! Great recipe. Only changes I made were broiling the wings for 10 minutes on each side (or until browned), and adding a bit of hot sauce and cajun spice for some kick. Sauce thickened beautifully and flavour was delicious. I was curious as to why this recipe was lacking negative reviews, and now I know why. Thanks for sharing.
