Yummy! The cake part is very plain tasting but the icing is super sweet so together it's a hit!

Chocolate Pretzel Rings

These are so cute and yummy! Great for sweet snacking! I did have to let them chill for a really long time before they got hard enough!

Homemade Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2008
A lot of work but great! I used regular muffin liners so I doubled the ingredients to make really big gourmet style peanut butter cups. (which just one is too much at one sitting) I did use creamy peanut butter and a bottle squirter for the chocolate. I chilled the graham cracker a liitle bit too before putting them in the liners. And tapped them at the end to make them smooth.

Fun and tastes great! I made it for my daughter's b-day party and everyone thought it was just a plant for decoration!

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
Awesome! Made this dish many, many times. Always requested to make it at family get togethers! My husband likes more traditional enchiladas like at a Mexican resturant, but everyone in my family including me loves it!

Tiger Butter II

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2007
This is so delictable! This was my first time making fudge and I never knew it would be so easy! I used chips for both of the chocolates. Followed the directions but put it in the freezer for 20 min. after preparing and then cut it into pieces. (before completely hardened) I love peanut butter & chocolate!!
