Excellent! My husband and I loved this. Made the marinade exactly as listed. When we put the chops on the indoor grill, I brought the left over marinade to a boil while they were cooking and used it as a dipping sauce. (If you do this, you must boil it at least 5 minutes) I think I will increase the chili paste next time...and there will definitely be a next time. Great recipe.

Roasted Pork Loin

Absolutely fantastic recipe. Made it with fresh rosemary and added a little cajun spice. Put some potatoes and onions in the pan with the white wine and cooked it all together. Added a little chicken broth about 1 hours in. Reduced the cooking time as other reviewers stated. The pork loin was almost 3 lbs and cook perfectly in 1-1/2 hours. Thanks for the recipe...the flavor was amazing!
