Chocolate Chip Cookie Brittle

I always get rave reviews every time I make this cookie! It's absolutely delicious! The last time I made it - I replaced the regular chocolate chips with peanut butter chips instead. YUM!

Oatmeal Toffee Cookies

This was a good cookie. Although I baked them at 375 for 12 minutes. They were nice and plump, not flat at all. They were hearty although I feel there is too much oatmeal in these...

I included this cookie in my annual Christmas Cookie baskets and it was by far everyone's favorite!! My sister in-law even begged me for the recipe! Needless to say I think this cookie will be a permanent staple in my Christmas Cookie recipe box!

Glazed Apple Cookies

My family absolutely LOVED these cookies!! The cookies remained soft and chewy...just perfect!!! I didn't put the glaze on top since I thought it would distract from the healthy benefits of the cookie. The cookie was so delicious, the glaze wasn't even needed!

Pumpkin Crunch Parfaits

I really enjoyed this recipe and so did my family! It's a great Autumn desert. The only tweak I did have to make to the recipe was adding more milk in the pudding mixture...it was way too pastey with the amount that was suggested. I used walnuts instead of pecans since I didn't have any in the house but it was aboslutely delicious and so simple!
