Wisconsin Cheese Soup II

It's good, but I feel that it needs some added spices -- I'm just not sure what. I added garlic, Adobo salt, marjoram and a little cayenne.

Blackened Tuna Steaks with Mango Salsa

Excellent! Next time I would reduce the amount of all the spices as I had a lot left over and they are expensive to buy. I will also reduce the amount of onion in the salsa and use 1/3 of an onion and 1/2 of the jalapeno. I didn't have a mango so I used some peach mango salsa and it was fantastic that way. Thanks for a great fish recipe!

Suki's Spinach and Feta Pasta

good. i used halved grape tomatoes, but it would probably be better with canned diced tomatoes or chopped fresh tomatoes. I also added oregano and marjoram, but it seems like it was lacking something. my husband loved it though.

Four Cheese Ravioli with Artichoke Hearts, Olives and Pesto

Too salty and "canned" tasting. I added some diced tomatoes and served with Parmesan cheese. Maybe it would be better with fettuccine instead of a stuffed pasta?
