Princess Cookies

Yummy! These have a very delicate flavour and are not too sweet. They are very spongey which I wasn't expecting but isn't a bad thing. These would be great with tea!

YUM! I used coconut milk and I accidentally added the whole can of it to the pot but adding some canned diced tomatoes remedied that. I added more garlic, curry powder, and added some black pepper and chili sauce to make it spicier. This was delicious over rice.

Unbelievable Chicken

This chicken is delicious! I used spicy German mustard, it really made the dish exceptional. I had this with some crusty rolls and it was fab!

Easy and Fun Peanut Butter Balls

Honey-Ginger Grilled Salmon

Absolutely delicious. The marinade goes perfectly with the salmon. I think this would also be good on chicken.

Five Flavor Pound Cake II

Toasted Party Mix

Mmm, this kind of party mix always reminds me of christmas. I used 10 cups total of pretzels, cheerios, shreddies, and cheese nips (brother is allergic to nuts). I also increased the worcestershire sauce to 1/4 cup and only used half the oil.

Yummy Bok Choy Salad

This recipe deserves five stars just for the dressing. Simply delicious. I actually just had this dressing with just the bok choy, none of the other stuff. And I used regular bok choy as that's what I had but it's not bitter at all. I scaled the recipe down to one serving.

This was my first experience with making popovers, and I'm happy to report that it was a good one! Followed the directions exactly except I used cooking spray and heated the pan in the over for approx 30 seconds. A great breakfast option!

Simple and classic. You may want to add a bit of milk as needed to make putting though your cookie press easier. Good workout for the arms and hands though!

Sage Pork Chops

Mmm! I cut the salt down by half and added 1 tsp of white sugar. I also rubbed them with a bit of chopped garlic. I used chicken bouillon as that's what I had on hand. I simmered for about 10 minutes because I used boneless chops. Delicious!

Quinoa with Chickpeas and Tomatoes

Mmmm! I used canned tomatoes and added more garlic and some broccoli. I also used chicken broth instead of water. I usually have trouble with my quinoa sticking to the bottom of my pot, but I added some oil to the pot this time and had no problems!

These are pretty good! However, I like my old chocolate chip cookie recipe more. I followed this one to a T. Crispy outsides with chewy middles. You'll definitely need a big glass of milk to drink while you eat these.

Cherry Bars

Delicious! I had a half can of cherry pie filling that I needed to use, so I decided to half the recipe. I didn't even miss the half can of filling that I was short! Although I'm sure that it will be even more delicious with the full amount of filling. I baked in a 9x9 inch brownie pan. I also was out of almond extract (horrors!) so I used lemon extract in place of it... was very good. Thanks for the easy recipe! I'm excited to try this with blueberry filling as well!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Amazing! I used 1 cup brown sugar with 1/2 cup white, and added 1 tsp of salt. I should have baked them a touch longer, but they were still great.

Roasted Chickpeas

I dry roasted these and seasoned afterwards with my homemade fry seasoning. Pretty good, but after 25 minutes a third of these were burnt. I'd definitely lower the temp next time.

Absolutely delicious bread. I don't have a bread machine so I just softened the yeast in the water, then whisked in the salt, honey, and oil (I can't be bothered to melt butter on the stove since I don't have a microwave). Stir in one cup of the flour, then the eggs. Stir in as much flour as you can, then knead in the remaining. I had to use a smidge more flour to get the right consistency. Tasty, wonderful bread.
