Mexican Bean Salad

Mom's Prize Winning Raw Apple Cake

Great moist cake. Tons of flavor using only cinnamon. I used 2 cups of a mixed whole wheat/white flour, used 1/2 cup less sugar in batter and pecans instead of walnuts. My cake only cooked for 33 minutes and was perfect.

Ice Cream Base

Made exactly as written, turned out great. Did not have an ice cream maker, used the plastic bag method and then froze for a day to have firm custard. Also added fresh black raspberry puree to a portion to get a different flavor.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Chicken In Sour Cream

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata

Eastern Rice Salad

Great salad. I made per recipe, except omitted Spinach and Bean Sprouts. Used only 1/4" cup each of soy and oil. Next time I will add the cashews just before serving, as they got soggy.
