The Real Mojito

Good guidelines, but this tastes better with a few changes. I used simple syrup and added mint and lime to taste (a little extra). Also, a little more run and less soda ;)Overall, a good recipe.

Golden Pork Chops

A great recipe! Like other reviewers, I sauteed the onions and mushrooms, along with some garlic, in evoo, then browned the prok chops in the same pan and added it all to the soup in a baking dish. After 45 minutes, it was perfect!

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Amazing! I scaled this recipe down and made two generous single servings. I made some slight changes to the recipe by using chicken breasts with the skin and ribs and baking them with some white wine before cubing. I also blind baked the crusts for about 7-10 minutes and let them cool before adding filling. Sooo much better than the frozen kind!

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Awesome! I did things a little differently and browned the pork chops, poured apple mix over the top and baked, covered for about 35 min. but I am sure this would be just as good as it is written. A new favorite!

Very Good! I can't wait to make this again! I had some sundried tomato and garlic chicken sausage in the freezer, so I sliced those and used them instead of italian sausage. Divine!

Herb Roasted Pork

A favorite in our house! I followed another reviewer's suggestion and use balsamic vinegar for the sauce instead of regular vinegar and I also use fresh sage and insert it in to slits along the top of the pork loin. Yum!

Great recipe! We are not big fans of chunky tomatoes or peppers, so I cut the peppers small and added some tomato paste instead of fresh tomato and it was still delish!
