well I tried it did not like it was way too sweet. But I tried it again this time removing sugar all together everytone loved it. I will use it again but no sugar,

My Oh-Yeah Sauce

this was way too much sugars so I cut them all down using only 1/2 1 cup of ea they were still sweet but they were good. Fixed exactly as recpie called only using 1/2 of all sugars next time I will use only 3/4 cup each or maybe 1/2 very yummy they were all gone but still very sweet Do brown ribs first wouldn't hurt to cut most of the fat away..Will make again :)

Sour Cream Pork Chops

Very good the chops I browned them on top of the stove and removed the chops while I made the sauce. I added the chops to the sauce and baked them on 350 for an hour then turned down heat and let bake at 200 for another hour. they were wonderful fell apart they were so tender this is a keeper

Mema's Snow Ice Cream

I make snow ice cream every winter and I just love it I have made it since I was a kid. same Exact recipe. Except I use 1 gallon snow,1 tbs Vanilla Extract. You can also put it in an air tight container and freeze for the hottest part of the summer. Just have to break it up add 1 - 2 tbls milk to blinder or food processor its still great. How many people can say they eat snow ice cream in the heat of the summer? I do all the time.

very good I did not measure anything but it still turned out awesome. I have never measured anything in my life I go by what looks right. always turns out great.My Grand Mother & Mother was the same way.

Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken Breasts

very good have made this recpie before will make it again, Only I dont measure anything I put it on trill it looks good to me. Rub chicken with butter add salt & pepper to taste and Garlic. stiffung is prepared to the recpie. bakes uncovered 45 min at 350 covers and bakes another 20 min . turns out moist. & tender my family loves it.

this is really good put it together the night before put in refrigator then in the crockpot first thing in the morning.On med heat let cook all day will be done in time for supper. Great idea.

Chili Chicken

this recpie was awesome my family loved it. the only thing I did different was I left the skin on. punctured skin all over chicken. let cook 5 min longer. my family loved it. note they wont eat skinless chicken. no matter how its cooked. will make again thanks 4 the recpie. Note made mine without skin was fantastic. Used whole cut up chicken. removing skin I get the pierces I want and as much as I want smart move.

Four Cheese Macaroni Casserole

I make this all the time my family loves it and it is so easy on the pocket. only thing different is I double the recpie add 1 whole chicken remove bones and makes 2 - 9 x 13 pans = 1/2 chicken per pan. NOTE: I cook the chicken the night before let cool remove the skin & bones add to casserole bake and enjoy my family there is never any leftovers. serve with Garlic bread it is wonderful.
