I am just retired. Love South Carolina, was born here and thats where I`ll stay. Married. My wife and I live on lake Marion, we love the area and boating is one of our fun things to do.

I love to experiment, any type of meat or veggie. I like to grill, slow cook on grill, smoke meat and fish and bake.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Family gatherings where I just love to BBQ and Grill. Every one together in peace and harmony (never happens) enjoying good food and talking about the good ole days. Holidays are always a big cooking day or weekend.
