N'Awlins Stuffed Bell Peppers

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2010
My DH loved these peppers. I used fresh parsley instead of dry parsley which bought out the flavors tremendously. I added medium shrimp instead of baby. I used ground chuck but i think 80% ground beef should be used for more of the beef flavor to stand out. The salt isn't really necessary. I also used a half of can of cream of chicken and a half a can of chicken broth just for moisture. It was awesome.

Wasabi Mayo Salmon

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2007
You have to have a taste for Wasabi. I will not be making this again. I scraped all of that junk off of my precious salmon and ate it plain.

Almond-Crusted Halibut Crystal Symphony

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2007
I have to admit this was really delicious. Although the ingredients are pricey and the preparation of mincing almonds took awhile. I also substituted the fish with Tilapia. Also I didn't bother straining the sauce I just spooned it onto the fish. Be careful the fish is very delicate and will tear apart when transferring to the other pan.

Eve's Chicken Quarters

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2007
I followed the recipe all the way through. Except I used 1 1/4 cup of water and I only cooked the rice in the over for 30 minutes turned the oven off and allowed the rice to become tender without over cooking the rice. Next time I will be using low fat cream cheese and cream of chicken. I would also suggest adding a can of corn.
