Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2014
This was great. I used a ham steak (1/2 of it) and it was enough. Will make this again, and again.

Crispy Baked Basa

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2013
Made it just like it was written. Loved the taste, and sauce as a side was great. Basa by itself is a very bland fish, but it takes on flavors wonderfully. Next time, I will experiment a bit, maybe cut out the mustard and replace it with some Wasabi instead. It will require some tweaking. Overall, it was a hit.

Grandma's Polish Perogies

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2010
Never tried making these before. I found it quite simple, and the taste was just like I remembered it. Wouldn't change a thing. Great tasting served with sour cream on top.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
Very good, but suggest cutting back a bit on the balsamic vinegar.

Chicken with Grape Tomatoes and Fried Basil

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2008
What a wonderful recipe and so easy! I'm not sure that I would change anything. It all worked out superbly. The only thing different that I did was to uncover the pan as I was reducing the liquid. After a short while, I did put a cover on the pan and continued with the original instructions. I served this with butter/garlic fresh mushrooms. Will definitely keep and do this recipe over and over again. Loved it!

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2008
Found this to be way too salty. Next time would cut back on the Soy Sauce. I did however try it again but this time added Balsamic Vinegar. It changed the whole taste and the chops were really tender. I marinated them for about 4 hours.
